I found this amazing breakfast idea on Pinterest. It's so easy and fast to make (if you don't like to get up early like me) and it tastes soo good.
All you need is natural yoghurt, some cereals you like and your favortite fruits on top. Btw which is your favorite fruit? Mine is definitely raspberries. But I took some grapes today. It's also a good healthy snack in the afternoon.
For two small glasses I needed:
* 100 g of cereals
* 250 g yoghurt low carb
