Review | Naked Smoky by UD

So let me start this review by saying that I already have The Urban Decay Naked 1 and 2 palette as well as Naked on the Run that I all absolutely love. So I'm a huge fan of Urban Decay's eyeshadows. When Urban Decay came out with this new Naked Smoky palette I was really excited although I prefer wearing softer shades on my eyelids rather than a smokey eye. One of the main reasons why I HAD to get this palette is the beautiful packaging. Smokey comes in a translucent brown plastic packaging with a smoke print on it's cover. Doesn't it look fantastic? It has a magnetic closing which is a plus compared to other Naked palettes.
Inside, there is a full-sized mirror and 12 eyeshadows in 3 different finishes that are glittery, satin and matte. It also comes with a dual-ended brush, where one side is a blending fluffy brush (that is a little too fluffy) while the other side is a more compact pencil brush to add depth to a smoky eye. I  love the brush that it comes with, just because it's so different to the other brushes in the Urban Decay palettes.

High: cream shimmer micro-glitter, Dirtysweet: medium bronze, Radar: metallic taupe with micro-glitter, Armor: metallic silver-taupe with sparkle, Slanted: light metallic gray, Dagger: medium charcoal micro-shimmer, Black Market: jet-black satin, Smolder: deep plum-taupe, Password: cool taupe matte, Whiskey: rich brown matte, Combust: soft pink-taupe and Thirteen: light beige satin
The shades are so pigmented and easy to blend too. Out of all 12 shades I find High, Dirtysweet and Whiskey the most beautiful colors.

Overall, I have to say that the color selection is really fantastic. All shades you need for a smokey eye are included + the highlighting colors. It is still pricey but as for the packaging, it is my favorite packaging of all.

What do you think about the new Urban Decay release?
