For a chia smoothie mix blueberries (or any other fruit) and 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds and put it in your fridge. Chia can also replace eggs. Just mix 3 tablespoons of water with one tablespoon of chia seeds.For a chia pudding you need
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 3-4 tablespoons of chia
- optional: vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder, maple syrup.
I would definitely add honey, vanilla, or cinnamon because the pudding on its own is not very sweet. Leave it for at least 2 hours in your fridge.
