Redken Diamond Oil conditioner

I was looking for a new conditioner, so I decided to give this one by REDKEN a try. The Diamond Oil Conditioner for dry and damaged hair contains essential oils like coriander oil, camelina oil and apricot oils that should moisturize, protect and detangle your hair while reducing hair breakage. My hair is overall pretty healthy, but I do struggle with split ends.
Product Benefits (Taken from the official website):

  • Replenishing hair oils infuse hair with moisture
  • Instantly detangles and improves manageability
  • Protects hair from breakage
  • Restores sparkling, multi-faceted shine
This conditioner is very rich and thick. After washing my hair I leave the conditioner in for 5 to 10 minutes. I always rinse my hair with warm and then with cool water, that makes your hair shinier.
What I noticed is that my hair feels so silky after using this product. It makes my hair very soft, shiny and easy to comb through, which is always a huge difficulty for me, if I wouldn't had use any conditioner. Thanks to that conditioner my hair doesn't tangle as much.
The smell is nice, reminds me of the hair salon.  I don't see so much difference in my hair regarding to reduce hair breakage and less split ends, that makes it worthy for its price. It really doesn't work miracles. Nevertheless, I like this conditioner, but I won't purchase again because there are hair treatments, that work so much better for me. My favorite conditioner right now is one by Bed Head, it smells like heaven! You can find my review on that product here.

Thanks for reading. Love to read your comments.

  2. i've never heard of this product. anyway, whenever my hair no longer responds to conditioners, i try to go to salons to have some hair treatment (which i loathe by the way). and if that doesn't work too, then that means i need a trim. lol.
